Hi,

I'm Eric Rush and I'd like to thank you for visiting our site.

My wife Katie and I have had a house near Hesdin for more than 15 years; initially a second home and 'bolt-hole' for relaxing weekends and holidays but, in 1995, we decided to set up our main home here. Best thing we ever did; the kids - and more recently, grandkids - visit regularly and enjoy the 'quality time'  here almost as much as we do !!

Also in 1995 we set up a business - "PERIGEE" - with offices in Hesdin to serve a growing demand for fulfilment and marketing services.

Having been living here and managing a business in the Hesdin area since the early '90s, we know the region, its culture and its people well; we've gained a lot of first-hand experience 'on the ground' so to speak and have established a considerable network of contacts and associates to get things done effectively.

Over the years, more and more British, as well as many Dutch and Belgians have discovered the easily accessible attractions of the 'Sept-Vallées' area (so called because of the 7 smaller rivers that flow into the River Canche as it makes its way along the 'main' valley to the sea at Le Touquet).  In 2001, as a consequence of the increasing number of people asking us for assistance with all manner of things to do with the homes they had bought (or were about to buy), we established There-4-You.

The principals that guide There-4-You are pretty much embodied within the name; whether you are a full-time resident or occasional visitor, if you have a property in this area there will inevitably be times when you need someone or something beyond your own experience or capability.  So, you become a member and we are 'there' for you.  In addition, because There-4-You isn't just about work, there is a social side as well and we organise a number of events during the year so that members who want to come along can extend their circle of friends.

This year we have purchased an Hôtel in Hesdin and we are currently re-furbishing the premises to high standard.  We have re-located the THERE-4-YOU offices into part of the Hôtel and, in addition to the property services we offer, we're looking forward of offering a comfortable bar and accommodation to visitors and residents who are in the area.  I do hope that you will contact us and that we can be of service to you.
